`GET /api/v1/game/:providerSlug/:gameSlug`
Returns title, slug, provider, public launcher URL, and image URLs for:
- `THUMBNAIL_LANDSCAPE` (16:9 / 660x370)
- `THUMBNAIL_SQUARE` (1:1 / 512x512)
- `THUMBNAIL_PORTRAIT` (2:3 / 750x848)
- `BACKGROUND` (16:9 1920x1080 backdrop)

### 5. Launch Game (Player View)
`GET /game/:providerSlug/:gameSlug`
Query parameters:
- `channel`: `web` (default) or `mobile`
- `lang`: ISO-639-1 language code (e.g. `en`, `es`, `de`)
- `cur`: 3-letter currency code (e.g. `USD`, `EUR`)
