01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, scraping, querying through APIs, or embedding content from Exactplay Spin (hosted at gameserver.exactplay.com and related endpoints), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must immediately cease accessing the APIs and discontinue embedding or displaying any games, launcher URLs, or metadata provided by this service.

02 Free Public Access & License

Exactplay grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to:

• Query Catalog Endpoints: Access public REST APIs (such as /api/v1/providers, /api/v1/games, and /api/v1/game/:providerSlug/:gameSlug) for catalog exploration, metadata indexing, search indexing, and LLM / AI tool integration.
• Embed Demo Games: Render game sessions using the iframe launcher routes (/game/:providerSlug/:gameSlug) on websites, web applications, staging environments, review portals, and chatbots.
• Display Promotional Assets: Access and render studio thumbnail and background images provided through the catalog for descriptive and identification purposes.

This license is granted to individual developers, open-source contributors, enterprise teams, autonomous AI agents, and gaming platforms alike, subject to the acceptable use rules outlined in Section 8.

03 Absolute "As Is" Operation & Warranty Disclaimer

Exactplay Spin, its APIs, database records, WebSocket proxies, and launcher mechanisms are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Exactplay expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Uptime and Availability: No representation is made that the service will operate without interruptions, network delays, server outages, DNS failures, or downtime.
• Third-Party Dependencies: Exactplay aggregates and dynamically resolves launchers pointing to third-party game studio servers and content delivery networks (CDNs). Third-party providers may change endpoints, revoke demo tokens, alter IP policies, or experience outages at any time without notice. Exactplay is not responsible for upstream studio failures.
• Merchantability & Fitness: Exactplay disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.
• Security & Bugs: Exactplay does not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free, bug-free, or impervious to malicious third-party attacks.

04 Correctness of Games, Math & RTP Data

While Exactplay endeavors to maintain accurate metadata and functional launcher links, no warranty or guarantee can be given as to the correctness, accuracy, or completeness of the games themselves.

• Game Mechanics & Logic: Game rules, bonus features, reel configurations, and simulation math are executed on the respective game studio's upstream remote servers. Exactplay does not develop, control, or verify the underlying math models or random number generation (RNG).
• RTP & Volatility Disclaimers: Any Return to Player (RTP) figures, paytable stats, volatility metrics, or betting limits displayed in metadata or within game clients are indicative and for reference only. Upstream game studios may deploy different math configurations or jurisdictional variants.

Exactplay is an independent catalog aggregation and developer integration platform. Exactplay does not own, manufacture, or claim proprietary rights to the third-party games, character designs, game code, or studio trademarks indexed on this service.

All trademarks, service marks, registered trademarks, trade names, and studio logos referenced throughout Exactplay Spin belong to their respective corporate entities, including but not limited to:

06 Strict Demo Play & No Real Money Gambling

Exactplay Spin is solely an informational catalog and demo session launcher:

• No Real Bets or Wagers: Exactplay Spin does not accept, process, custody, or transmit real money, cryptocurrencies, or financial deposits.
• Simulated Credits Only: All games are invoked in demo, free-play, or fun mode with zero financial risk and zero cash payouts.
• Age Verification & Compliance: Users and platforms embedding these games are responsible for adhering to all applicable regional laws, consumer protection mandates, advertising standards, and age gating (e.g. 18+ or 21+ where required by law).

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Exactplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

08 Acceptable Use & API Integrity

To ensure high availability for the entire developer and agent community, users agree not to:

• Execute Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, flood requests, or intentionally overwhelm catalog endpoints;
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, exploit, or tamper with third-party game studio code, WebSocket handshakes, or security tokens;
• Bypass or circumvent rate limiting, security headers, or access control mechanisms implemented by Exactplay or upstream studios;
• Misrepresent Exactplay or any third-party game studio as an official partner without prior written authorization;
• Use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful gambling activities.

Exactplay reserves the right to rate-limit, throttle, or block IP addresses, domains, or user-agents that violate these principles.

09 Governing Law & Jurisdictional Compliance

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable general commercial principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is registered, without giving effect to conflict of laws rules.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
